Choi Daniel is a South Korean actor and model who came to notice as Lee Ji Hoon in the sitcom High Kick Through the Roof (2009) and won an Excellence Award at the KBS Drama Awards for Baby-faced Beauty (2011). He has since led Big Man (2014), Jugglers (2017), The Ghost Detective (2018), Today's Webtoon (2022) and My Sweet Mobster (2024), appeared in Mask Girl (2023), and played Lee Sang Yong in the film Cyrano Agency (2010). He has been an anchor on KBS World Radio since 2011 and a radio DJ since 2013. In School 2013 he played Kang Se Chan, the star cram-school lecturer sent into the worst class in the school to lift its grades — a shoot on which he injured his knee badly enough that he later served his military duty as a public service worker rather than on active duty.
