Eun Ji Won is a South Korean rapper, singer and entertainer who debuted in 1997 as the leader of Sechs Kies, one of the first-generation idol groups, and went solo after they disbanded in 2000 — his third album, Drunk in Hip Hop (2003), took the Hip Hop Award at the SBS Gayo Awards. He became a household name as a founding member of the variety show 1 Night 2 Days, where his childlike on-screen persona earned him the nickname Eun Choding, and has since been a fixture of New Journey to the West and Master in the House. Sechs Kies reunited on Infinite Challenge in 2016 and signed to YG Entertainment. He is a grand-nephew of former president Park Chung Hee. In Reply 1997 (2012) he played Do Hak Chan, the transfer student from Seoul who is good at sport and hopeless with girls — a real Sechs Kies member cast as a schoolboy in the year Sechs Kies debuted, which the drama plays for all it is worth.
