Lee Si Eon is a South Korean actor who debuted in 2009 in Friend, Our Legend and made his name in comic supporting roles — Reply 1997 (2012), Kill Me, Heal Me and Ho Goo's Love (both 2015), W (2016), Man to Man and Two Cops (2017), Live and Player (2018), Abyss (2019) and Crazy Love (2022). He was a long-running cast member of MBC's I Live Alone from 2016 to 2020, which won him a Rookie Award and widened the range of parts he was offered. He was born Lee Bo Yeon; the director Kwak Kyung Taek gave him the stage name Lee Si Eon after the press, reading his given name as a woman's, reported him as an actress. In Reply 1997 he played Bang Sung Jae, the mile-a-minute talker and one-man rumour mill of the group.
