Synopsis
In a world where humans and vampires live side by side, the vampires have evolved past needing human blood. They are feared and discriminated against all the same, so most hide what they are and pass as ordinary citizens, or else live as outcasts.
Baek Ma Ri is a withdrawn teenager doing exactly that. Moved on from one neighbourhood after another, she wants nothing more than to settle quietly in her new city — until she falls for Jung Jae Min, the most popular boy at her high school, who has his own reasons to fear and hate vampires. Complicating matters further, an old acquaintance resurfaces: the renegade vampire Han Shi Hoo.

SYNOPSIS BY EPISODE
EPISODES 01-03
1 Baek Ma Ri is a high school transfer student with a big secret: she's a vampire. But when she starts to fall for class president Jung Jae Min, things get a little more complicated for her.
2 A new transfer student, Han Shi Hoo, shows up at Ma Ri's high school. He reveals himself to be a vampire with a mysterious connection to Jung Jae Min.
3 As Ma Ri's feelings for Jae Min grow deeper, Jae Min encourages Ma Ri to form a band with him.

4 After Jae Min learns of Shi Hoo's secret, prompting Shi Hoo's disappearance, Ma Ri finds it hard to hide her vampirism when a series of accidents happen.
5 In the Joseon Dynasty, Jae Min, a scholar and the disappointment of his military family, meets Ma Ri, the daughter of a butcher and a vampire.
